The role – SEN Teaching Assistant

• The successful SEN Teaching assistant will be required to support Key Stage 2 students on 1:1 basis with Autism and ADHD and other learning disabilities with their learning, providing materials to cater for specific abilities.
• As the new SEN Teaching assistant, you will be required to provide whole classroom support to students, assisting with learning tasks and promoting their inclusion in classroom activities.
• Build a trusting and positive relationships with students and communicate according to their understanding
• Under the guidance of teaching staff, provide feedback to students, parents and carers about their progress, achievements, and any potential issues.
