This role offers a structured development pathway where you''ll build your skills in energy modelling, regulatory compliance, and airtightness testing, while contributing to innovative, low-carbon building solutions.

As a Graduate Energy Modeller, you''ll support the delivery of sustainable and energy-efficient building projects. Working closely with experienced engineers, you''ll gain practical experience across modelling, analysis, and on-site testing. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in building physics and environmental design.

• Starting salary from -28,000+ (depending on experience)

• Assist with energy modelling to evaluate building performance and efficiency
• Support on-site airtightness testing and data collection
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with Part L and other building regulations
• Produce technical reports and develop 3D models for project delivery
• Work closely with engineers and consultants on live projects

• Carry out building performance analysis using industry-standard software
• Visit project sites to assist with testing and surveys
• Use tools such as Bluebeam for measurements and scaling
• Create models using software including IES and SketchUp
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to develop your knowledge

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or similar
• Exposure to IES software through studies or placement experience
• Strong interest in sustainability and building performance
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
