General Manager

Overview

Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional care, maintain safe staffing levels, manage costs within budgetary controls, and act as a focal point for contact with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice.Recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home.Maintain ongoing communication with residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in residents’ wellbeing.Review and maintain safe staffing levels in line with occupancy and dependency.Provide ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.Monitor and manage costs within budgetary controls, reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.About you
