Are you an experienced Deputy or Assistant Manager, or are you a General Manager in a low-volume business? With a passion for pubs, fresh food, and people? We''re looking for a Designate General Manager to eventually lead one of our growing fresh food pubs in the East Midlands and the Leicester area.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a busy pub, put your stamp on it, and be supported every step of the way by an established and growing company.

Proven experience operating in a similar pub/restaurant business

Strong management background within hospitality

Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team

Passionate about pubs, beer, and delivering high standards

Immersing into the local community

Strong sales focus, community engagement, and enthusiasm for creating great guest experiences
