As a Business Director at GAIN, you will be the primary contact and operational lead for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients. Your role is to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO. This is a senior Account Manager position for a professional with strong commercial insight and the ability to build trusted client relationships while leading integrated digital strategies.Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:Act as the main point of contact for new business inquiries related to Link Building, Digital PR, and SEO.Lead sales presentations and pitches.Manage and develop the new business pipeline.Create all Statements of Work for both new and existing clients.Lead on group-level new business opportunities, meetings, and pitches.Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.Client and Team Management:Act as the key point of contact for all group-level SEO projects and inquiries.Serve as the liaison between the SEO, sales, and link-building teams.Manage the client portfolio and ensure all projects align with client goals.Reporting and CRM:Maintain and manage HubSpot, ensuring all data is up-to-date.Update and prepare data for internal and group-level reporting, including weekly meetings, board meetings, and sales and client service group meetings.Budget and Commercial Management:Accurately manage client budgets with a strong commercial focus.Monitor performance against value delivered and identify optimization opportunities.Find opportunities for growth across various service lines.Reporting and Insights:Lead the preparation and delivery of all performance reports.Extract actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.Stay current with digital marketing trends and apply innovative strategies.Collaboration and Best Practices:Support sales and pitching processes with strategic insight and leadership.Share campaign learnings and improvements with the wider team.Keep up-to-date with industry tools, technology, and strategic thinking.Key Skills and Experience
