Hybrid (Barcelona) or Fully Remote (UK/Spain)This is a hybrid role combining paid media campaign management with creative strategy to deliver best-in-class performance marketing for our clients. You will manage between 3-6 clients (depending on account size), ensuring campaigns are strategically managed, data-driven, and powered by performance-optimized creative.You will work closely with the Performance Director and Creative Strategy team to oversee campaign execution (daily management, optimisations, analysis) and creative direction (briefing, asset testing, performance insight feedback).Our ideal candidate is equal parts data-driven campaign manager and creative thinker—comfortable diving into spreadsheets one moment and creative brainstorming the next. As you grow into the role, you will be given more responsibility in client strategy and communication.Responsibilities
Performance Campaign ManagementDaily budget tracking and campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and potentially TikTok/YouTubeOngoing optimisation to hit KPIs and drive scalable resultsWeekly reporting and ad hoc deep-dive analysisA/B testing across targeting, bidding, and creativesSharing insights with clients and internal teamsCreative Strategy and InsightAnalyze campaign creative performance to identify winning formats, trends, and areas for improvementConduct research to support creative ideation and ensure concepts are culturally relevant and performance-alignedTranslate insights into actionable briefs for UGC creators, designers, and editorsMaintain a creative feedback loop to continuously refine and iterate on assetsAdapt creative for different platforms and placementsClient and Team CommunicationMaintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients—we act as an extension of their teamWork alongside Performance Directors and Client Leads to align creative strategies with wider media strategiesCollaborate closely with internal creative and paid media teams, offering feedback and contributing to shared learningsSupport knowledge sharing and internal best-practice documentationRequirements
Key Qualifications and Experience
Fluent in English, written and spoken2+ years\'' experience running direct response campaigns on Facebook and/or GoogleStrong knowledge of paid media creative performance metrics and ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)Proven ability to analyze campaign data and extract insights to drive optimisation and creative directionAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, graphs)Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with designers, editors, or UGC creatorsExtremely high attention to detailExcellent communicator, team player, and highly self-motivatedAbility to adapt quickly to last-minute changes and prioritiesDesired Skills (not Essential)Agency experience, ideally with 1+ year of client commsGoogle Data Studio and/or Google Analytics experienceFamiliarity with UGC workflows and creative productionCreative QA/review experienceHow we work
