Funds Associate (3-6 PQE) – Cayman Islands. The Cayman Islands remain the worldwide leader for the establishment of hedge funds with more than 9200 open-ended and regulated funds registered. This major offshore firm is actively looking to hire a bright, dynamic lawyer to join their growing funds practice. The team specializes in the formation and structuring of both hedge and private equity funds across multiple offshore jurisdictions. The firm has flagged that they are looking for candidates who have trained and practiced with leading firms in London, Dublin (if EandW dual qualified) and Sydney/Melbourne (or those who already have direct offshore experience), either specializing in funds or in corporate teams doing some funds/PE related work. The firm will provide on-site training and offers an attractive remuneration package, including relocation and health and pension benefits.Responsibilities

Support the funds team in formation and structuring of hedge funds and private equity funds across offshore jurisdictions.Contribute to corporate and PE related work within funds practice.Qualifications
