Funds and Private Credit Lawyer (Associate) | 2 - 5 PQE

Our Client

Our Client is an elite US law firm (Cravath scale) actively growing its investment funds and private capital practice internationally.This suits an associate with experience in another top ranked funds practice, specifically with experience in direct lending and establishment of various forms of credit funds.The role will be broader, as will your experience most likely, but with a strong focus on credit.Of note, this is currently a smaller team of associates than others, which in the short term allows for more partner time. In the medium term the planned growth will allow for enhanced progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

You will have exposure to some of the biggest names in funds, working closely on some of the highest calibre work available internationally.Working closely with top partners across the UK and US markets, including very high calibre recent partner acquisitions and specifically sitting alongside a pre-eminent operator in private credit.Our client is wanting to interview and make a hire with haste, so please do not hesitate to get in touch on a fully confidential basis.
