We started in Glasgow and are growing rapidly across the wider UK, acting as strategic partners to our clients. We are now investing in our first dedicated outbound function, and we need a self-starting business development professional to own top-of-funnel pipeline and deliver highly qualified meetings to our founder. The Role This is a high-impact, founding-level business development role with real autonomy over the top and middle of the funnel. You will own outbound pipeline generation end to end: building your target account lists, shaping your outreach, running the cadence, and qualifying prospects into hot, ready-to-close opportunities for our founder, who handles solutioning and closing. You will operate with high autonomy and move with urgency, turning daily activity into predictable, qualified pipeline.
