Job Title: Registered Manager - Fostering Service Location: Enfield, North London Organisation: Integrated Fostering Services (IFS) Reports to: Responsible Individual / Principal Officer / Operations Director About Us Integrated Fostering Services (IFS) is a dedicated independent fostering agency committed to providing high-quality, child-centred fostering placements for children and young people from birth to 18 years. We work closely with Local Authorities to ensure children are safeguarded, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our fostering service. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational management, and regulatory compliance of the agency, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted, the Fostering Regulations 2011, and the National Minimum Standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong management skills, sound judgement, and a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
