They are therapeutic and they have an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be joining a very nice working environment. Responsibilities:The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team of Supervising Social Workers, providing support and guidance to them.You will ensure complete adherence to all regulatory requirements and also, you will lead the promotion of therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches, embedding high and consistent standards among staff and foster carers.
