As Floor Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shop floor, leading by example and coaching in real time to elevate every customer interaction. The Role – Floor Manager – London SohoResponsibilities
Lead the shop floor with presence and purpose, setting the tone for service, storytelling, and team energy throughout the day.
Coach in the moment, guiding Sales Assistants through live interactions, helping them build confidence, skill, and connection with customers.
Act as a keyholder and operational lead, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and stepping into decision-making when needed.
Support brand activations and storytelling, helping the team translate campaigns into meaningful customer experiences.
Champion operational excellence, from stock handling and replenishment to till procedures and compliance.
Create a culture of curiosity and growth, encouraging feedback, celebrating wins, and helping the team evolve with the store’s elevated offering.
