Preparation of the financial accounts and closing in SAP (R/3, S/4)Coordination with the local Managing Director and team where necessaryPosting for AP, AR, FA and VAT/Intrastat on entity and group levelPayroll reconciliationPreparation of the group financial reporting package in IDL incl. relevant notes as per the group accounting manual (IFRS similar)Preparation of the local GAP financial statements incl. relevant notes as required.Continuous review of the legal entities’ accounts, ensuring that the group accounting manual is correctly and consistently applied.Contact for the local and group auditors.Preparation of analysis and reviews for the managementIntercompany recharges and the correct positing of consolidation relevant entries and intercompany reconciliationSupport and act as backup for the Sr. Manager Group Reporting and Consolidation in preparing the entire consolidated group financials packageKey user for SAP FI as Techincal AccountantQualifications
Professional training in accounting with additional certification5 years of recent experience in accounting as single accountant, applying different accounting standards in parallel5 years of recent experience with SAP nice to have IDL on topGood experience working with IT, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)Languages: English (full fluency), German (Fluency nice to have).Very strong skills regarding managing processes, data analytics, communication and change management.Reliable, structured and efficientJob details
