Finance Manager - 3 Days a week

A nonprofit organisation in Wallingford, Oxfordshire is looking for part-time Qualified Finance Manager to lead and develop the finance function-helping deliver accurate reporting, strong controls, and confident decision-making at group level and manage two members of staff. 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm One day can be worked from home but it must be the Thursday. What you''ll be doing: Lead and develop the finance function across the company, including line and performance management Prepare regular management accounts for group companies and provide clear financial insight Manage budgets and cash flow, including complex inter-company arrangements Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and proactive financial risk management Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes Support robust month and quarter-end processes to ensure controls remain strong and information is accurate Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders, and ensure statutory requirements are met (working closely with the Finance Manager - Service Charges) Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to support strategic actions within the corporate planWhat you''ll bring: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or qualified by significant relevant experience) Strong technical accounting ability, analytical thinking, and commercial judgement Experience delivering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Proven ..... full job details .....
