Finance Manager Location: NW11 8RQ Hybrid Working: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days from Home Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee the finance function across a growing property investment portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is looking to take ownership of a varied role while working closely with directors to support business growth and investment decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple property entities, producing accurate financial reporting, maintaining cash flow forecasts, and providing strategic financial insight to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property entities. Manage accounting records using Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software. Prepare and submit VAT returns. Produce monthly management accounts and financial statements. Prepare regular financial reports for directors. Liaise with external accountants and professional advisers. Ensure all financial records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Cash Flow and Financial Planning Prepare and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts across the portfolio. Monitor liquidity, funding requirements, and business performance.
