Finance Manager

Our client, a long established multifaceted business, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their busy team. It''s an excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on already successful and growing business. Reporting to the FD with exposure to the Board of Directors, your duties include: - Overseeing much of the Group''s day to day financial operations - Preparing full sets of management accounts including balancesheet reconciliations and PandL - Variance analysis against budget and providing commentary for the leadership team - Streamlining month end processes where applicable - Managing and developing a small team of transactional staff - Ensure compliance with financial controls and Statutory Accounting - Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process - Contribute to business/financial projects as and when required - VAT submissions and bank reconciliations - Overseeing monthly payroll - Identify areas for business and process improvement through analysis and financial insight The ideal candidate will be either a fully Qualified Accountant or finalist level. You will also have a demonstrative track record in similar roles and come equipped with plenty of initiative as well as an analytical mind.
