ResponsibilitiesAs the Finance Director, you will oversee a full range of financial responsibilities, including management accounts, FPandA, and treasury. Collaborating closely with the management team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing financial reporting, management information, and analysis to drive informed decision-making. Building strong relationships with stakeholders such as shareholders, banks, auditors, and advisors is key. You should have a strong desire to partner with executive leadership, taking full ownership of the finance strategy, and deliver results effectively and accurately within set timelines.
Proven experience as a Finance director with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
You must be technically proficient, ACA qualified, with experience working within a highly regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex financial data and trends.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
