Operating within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment, the Finance Business Partner will support senior stakeholders with insightful financial analysis, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. Description Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge, and decision support. Deliver clear and actionable commentary on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, investment appraisal, and scenario planning. Analyse trading performance, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks. Support the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and board-level presentations. Review and challenge outputs produced by the shared service function, including management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, and month-end reporting.
