They are seeking an analytical and commercially minded finance professional to partner with key operational teams across their fleet and facilities functions. The Role: We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide insightful financial analysis and support decision-making across the various business units. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with operational leaders and commercial stakeholders, helping to improve profitability, enhance reporting and drive performance across both day-to-day operations and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities: • Taking ownership of PandLs, including budgeting, forecasting, target setting and post-management-account review. • Producing timely, commercially focused analysis on operational performance, cost-effectiveness, capital expenditure and project viability. • Supporting the monthly management accounts process and contributing to board reporting packs. • Partnering proactively with operational teams and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved financial performance. • Preparing and developing KPI reporting and dashboards to improve visibility and support decision-making. • Supporting commercial colleagues with tender activity, pricing calculations, deal structures and new business opportunities. • Reviewing ..... full job details .....
