We are seeking an individual who will deliver top-notch finance business partner support and strategic insights to enhance Manufacturing costs and performance, ultimately driving our company''s broader goals and achievements.

The Recipe (About the Role)

Close management of Manufacturing Labour spend, including weekly reporting.

Provide insight and support on Manufacturing Waste figures.

Providing insight and challenge into the periodic performance of Manufacturing Overheads spend vs budget/forecast (Factory and Central).

Preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities. Mitigating financial risk and exploit opportunities.

Support and Stakeholder key business partners in the management of their budgets

Driving continuous improvement in relation to the accuracy and efficiency of processes

Development of financial tools to aid decision making and insight

Cost modelling of plant capacity to align with changing sales patterns/changing plant performance using our Integrated Business Planning process (IBP process governs how we manage differences between supply and demand of our products).

The Ingredients (What we need from you)

Key Skills

Possess analytical, data management, problem-solving and MS Excel skills

Experience in the preparation of Management accounts

Experience of working and communicating with key stakeholders, specifically those without finance backgrounds

Desirable Skills

Qualified or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA)

FMCG, retail or food / other manufacturing background

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
