Interim Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable)London - Hybrid3 monthsOur client is looking for a strong interim Finance Assistant to support the finance team during a peak invoicing period for 3 months. This is a hands-on, high-volume role requiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can step in quickly and operate with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise and process high volumes of sales invoices accurately and on timePerform bank reconciliations and ensure cash is correctly allocatedManage accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completenessCarry out credit control activities, including chasing outstanding invoices, building relationships with clients and resolving payment queries efficientlySupport with cash allocation and query resolutionWork closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth billing cyclesAssist during the month-end period where requiredCandidate ProfileA confident AR / credit control professional with hands-on experienceComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAble to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clientsA "safe pair of hands" - reliable, accurate and proactiveSkills and ExperienceProven experience in an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Strong experience with Invoicing, Cash allocation, Bank reconciliationsNetSuite experience (highly advantageous)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfidence in managing and chasing outstanding debtThis is an ..... full job details .....
