Key Responsibilities Processing and reconciling company expensesCredit card reconciliationsAssisting with monthly close proceduresMaintaining and reconciling subcontractor ledgersMonitoring and processing direct chargesSupporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting dutiesInvestigating and resolving account discrepanciesEnsuring accurate financial records are maintainedAssisting with reporting and finance administration as required About You Minimum of 2 years'' experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance roleStrong reconciliation experienceExperience with expenses, credit cards and month-end processesGood understanding of subcontractor ledger managementHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA team player with a positive, hands-on attitudeAble to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems What''s on Offer Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000Immediate start availableSupportive and collaborative team environmentStable ..... full job details .....
