Your daily activities will include:Finance Duties:Accurately process all financial transactions from initial order to payment.Maintain precise records using Access Education, Excel, and other databases.Process orders efficiently, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.Manage purchase and sales ledgers, including supplier lists, invoicing, and payment allocations.Oversee bank and cash ledgers, handling receipts and online payments.Process staff expense claims and manage petty cash with precision.Collaborate with the Finance Manager to provide essential financial information to staff, governors, and auditors. Payroll Duties:Process staff time sheets and duty payments on the Trust payroll system.Address payroll queries in collaboration with HR and the Finance Manager.Administer annual salary statements and general payroll tasks.
