Head of Finance and AnalysisLocation: Hybrid (3 days per week in the Manchester office) Salary: 90k - 108k per annum plus 5,000 Car Allowance Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: PermanentYou will provide strategic financial leadership on complex development and investment transactions, including organic growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, regeneration schemes and large-scale investment projects. The role will support projects ensuring robust financial analysis, risk assessment and investment decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead the financial appraisal and evaluation of major development and investment opportunitiesProvide end-to-end transaction support from initial assessment through to approval and deliverySupport the Development Finance Director in developing and implementing investment and development finance strategiesDeputise for the Development Finance Director when requiredDevelop, review and challenge complex financial models Provide strategic recommendations to support investment decisions and maximise portfolio performanceAnalyse market conditions, development opportunities and emerging investment trendsPresent financial analysis and recommendations to Group and subsidiary Boards, Executive teams and Investment CommitteesBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Development, Treasury, Tax, Legal and Finance functionsCandidate requirements:CCAB qualified accountant (or equivalent professional ..... full job details .....
