The role can be tailored to your level of experience, with both full time and part time applications welcomed.You will manage or assist with a varied private family law caseload, which may include divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, TOLATA claims, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions. You will take instructions from new and existing clients, provide clear and practical advice, draft correspondence and legal documents, conduct negotiations and attend client meetings, conferences and Court hearings where appropriate.More experienced candidates will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the department.
