Family Solicitor - PQE Flexible - Doncaster Base

Importantly, all levels of PQE and experience will be considered. Whether you are a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop your career, an experienced family lawyer seeking greater flexibility, or a senior practitioner looking for the opportunity to help shape and grow a department, feel free to reach out. The role will be tailored around your experience, with appropriate supervision and support for more junior candidates and greater autonomy and responsibility for experienced lawyers. You will handle or assist with a varied private family law caseload, which may include: Divorce and separation Financial remedy proceedings Private children matters Cohabitation disputes TOLATA claims Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Separation agreements Protective injunctions Depending on your experience, you may also have the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues, contribute to business development and play a role in the continued growth of the Doncaster Family Law team.
