Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure smooth running of the site. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies. Maintain accurate records for inspections, maintenance, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, including raising work orders and monitoring performance. Support budgeting and cost control for facilities activities, ensuring value for money. Conduct site inspections and audits to identify risks, defects, and opportunities for improvement. Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. Ensure facilities systems are maintained in line with manufacturer guidance and statutory schedules. Respond to emergencies and incidents in line with agreed procedures, escalating appropriately.
