A friendly and respected firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its Gravesend office, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The RoleYour caseload will include:

Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

Transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and refinancing

Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters

Stamp duty procedures, title checks, searches, and enquiries

Landlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrender

Business acquisitions and sales

Candidate Requirements

Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE

Experienced managing cases independently

Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach

Highly organised and proactive in a busy environment
