Competitive, DOEA well-established and supportive law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding Maidstone office.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases

Transfers of equity and re-mortgages

Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions

Stamp duty, title checks, searches, and enquiries

Landlord/tenant relationships, lease renewals, deeds of surrender

Refinancing and business sales/purchases

Candidate RequirementsSolicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE

Able to manage files independently from start to finish

Friendly, approachable, and client-focused

Organised, confident, and able to thrive in a busy environment
