You will handle:Freehold and leasehold sales/purchasesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityShared ownership, Help to Buy, and refinancingTitle checks, searches, and enquiriesLandlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrenderAcquisitions and disposals of businessesCandidate Requirements
