Experienced Paediatrics Staff Nurse Acute/High Dependency Unit

Paediatric services is growing rapidly, there has never been a better time to join our team. Do you have experience working in an acute medical/surgical ward or paediatric high dependency unit? Do you have experience caring for patients with tracheostomies, BiPAP, LTV or other complex medical conditions? With our new Level 2 HDU opening soon we will have an abundance of fantastic learning opportunities for the successful candidate. We offer a robust induction program to ease the transition into a new working environment which we will tailor to meet the needs of each individual candidate. We offer a very supportive and welcoming team and will ensure you receive all the training on induction to enable you to carry out the role safely ensuring excellent standards of care. We provide a holistic suite of services for babies, children and young people to enable them to receive the highest quality of care at the right time, delivered by the right staff and in the location where best suits their needs, in partnership with parents, carers and other multi-disciplinary team members.Responsibilities
Join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team led by Supervisory Senior Sisters / Service Managers / Team Leaders.Be part of a nursing skill mix reflective of the acuity of the patient group.Deliver high standards of care and participate in ongoing professional development through the induction program and training.Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for exceptional, committed, caring and compassionate Staff Nurses with post-registration experience.Experience working in paediatric settings, including acute medical/surgical wards or paediatric high dependency units, and experience caring for patients with tracheostomies, BiPAP, LTV or other complex medical conditions is advantageous.About The Trust
