Responsibilities
Bill at a senior level, winning and leading retained assignments
Mentor consultants and influence wider growth strategy across the US
Collaborate with leadership to scale a high-growth practice within the life sciences market
Lead from the front, combining leadership with billing to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications and Attributes
Experience in recruitment with a track record of leadership, strong billing performance, and client development
Commercial mindset, resilience, and ability to operate with senior-level credibility
Ability to win business, deliver at a senior level, and build lasting client relationships
Willingness to play a visible role in a high-performance firm while leading from the front
