Executive Assistant and Office Management Support
professional to join our London team. This is a high-profile role supporting senior leaders at the heart of the business, while ensuring the London Head Office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Office location: Central London.The Opportunity
This dual role combines high-level executive support with shared responsibility for office management. You will act as a trusted partner to 2–3 members of the Executive Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, prioritising competing demands, and ensuring seamless communication across the business. You will also maintain the day-to-day operations of the London Head Office, liaising with suppliers and service providers, and upholding a productive, well-organised workplace.The position requires a mix of discretion, business acumen, and operational capability; someone equally comfortable briefing senior executives, hosting visitors, or ensuring the office environment functions at its best.What You’ll Do
Executive Assistant Responsibilities Include
Extensive calendar and diary managementManaging ELT inbox and correspondenceCoordinating schedules, meetings, and appointmentsArranging travel and accommodationPreparing documents, reports, and presentationsAttending meetings, recording minutes, and following up on actionsManaging projects and timelines on behalf of executivesSupporting recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activitiesMonitoring budgets and expensesOrganising internal and external eventsOffice Management Responsibilities Include
Overseeing the smooth daily running of the London Head OfficeActing as a point of contact for facilities, suppliers, and contractorsManaging budgets, purchase orders, and expense processesEnsuring compliance with health and safety and security requirementsCoordinating company-wide events and communicationsMaintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spacesAbout You
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities at once. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand how to create order amidst complexity. As a natural communicator, you can build relationships across all levels and act as a calm, professional representative of the leadership team.We Are Looking For
