We are currently recruiting for an
ERP Project Manager
to join our team, helping us to successfully deliver our global ERP transformation project to timeframe and budget.This role could be
based at our Manchester city centre or Whitley, Yorkshire office , working on a
hybrid basis . You would need to be flexible based on project and business requirements and expect to be onsite more for your first few weeks, but we are flexible on the number of days required onsite on average per week/month.Overview
What will you be doing in this role?As our ERP Project Manager you will utilise appropriate governance and programme controls to manage daily project actions and controls; team collaboration; resource planning and reporting to the ERP Programme.The Ideal candidate
You will be a
proven project manager , with demonstrable experience of
ERP project delivery
in an
international business . You will have a Prince 2 or similar project qualification, with excellent knowledge and experience of project methodologies, processes, practices, and tools. You’ll
be happy being hands on , with a
strong customer-centric
approach and
excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, able to interact and influence effectively at all levels. Happy to take accountability, you will be assertive, able to constructively challenge and drive a project through to successful delivery.This role will require some travel to other Tunstall sites, including some international travel.Key skills and experience
Proven International Project Management expertise within medium/large ERP programmes, and an in depth understanding of the full project life cycleHistory of delivering on time, sensitive, business critical projectsProactive with high levels of productivity, doing the ‘right thing’, not just the ‘easy thing’Strong customer-centric approachHighly organised and detail conscious approachHighly effective communicator, both verbally and written, able to interact and influence effectively at all levelsStrong stakeholder management skillsSkilled in driving and nurturing high levels of cooperation and collaboration across an international businessAbility to clarify and communicate complex issuesPrince 2 or similar Project QualificationExperienced planning capability using managed service provider (MSP)If you are not sure if you have the relevant skills or experience, then please apply (only takes a few minutes) and let our team review and come back to you.Some of your key day to day tasks
Working with the Programme Manager and Head of Business Systems to update and administer the programme planDelivery of projects within the ERP programme to plan and budgetMaintaining all project delivery documentation e.g. RAID, Project PlanSupporting the Programme Manager with Steering Group preparationProduction of all required project reporting for review by Programme ManagerEnsure the Evolve ERP Programme is compliant with all Tunstall programme governanceOrganising project meetings and workshopsManage project budgets and 3rd party SOWsA bit about us
