The school offers a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where staff are dedicated to helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential both in and out of the classroom.The RoleAs an English Teacher, you will:Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons up to GCSE levelAdapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of SEMH and additional learning needsFoster a safe, structured, and positive learning environmentUse effective behaviour management strategies and relationship-based practiceSupport students in developing resilience, emotional regulation, and self-confidenceWork collaboratively with pastoral teams, support staff, and senior leadershipContribute to a positive school culture focused on wellbeing and student successAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualificationExperience teaching English up to GCSE levelPrevious SEMH or SEN experience (desirable but not essential)Strong ..... full job details .....
