Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or Team Leader looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
This is an opportunity to join a large-scale food manufacturing operation in Bradford, leading an engineering team on a permanent night shift pattern where you''ll have real responsibility for improving reliability, developing people, and driving engineering standards across the site.
Working a Panama shift pattern (2-2-3), 18:00-06:00, you''ll play a key role in keeping a highly automated production environment running efficiently, supporting your team, reducing downtime, and delivering continuous improvement.

About You
We''re looking for someone with:
- A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, ONC, BTEC Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an engineering leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, or food production
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
- Experience managing or developing engineering teams
- A practical, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- The confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food manufacturing standards (desirable)
