Engineering Manager

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. As the Engineering Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Engineering Manager, will be responsible for: Lead and manage the Estates and Hard FM function, providing direction and support to up to four direct reports at Supervisor and Manager level. Ensure the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities in line with contractual requirements and service specifications. Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to maximise asset performance, reliability and compliance across the estate. Monitor operational performance, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, on time and to the required standards. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting continuous service improvement and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
