A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Manchester team. The firm advises a broad range of regional, national and international businesses across multiple sectors and is well known for delivering high-quality legal services and a supportive working environment.

Your new role
You will advise employer clients on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including workplace disputes, HR advisory work and Employment Tribunal claims. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will gain exposure to high-quality work and a diverse client base while developing your expertise across all aspects of employment law.

What you''ll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor from NQ to 6 years'' PQE with a predominantly respondent-side employment law background. Experience advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters, together with a good understanding of Employment Tribunal litigation, is essential. Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team are also key requirements.
