JOB REF: • Join a leading Employment team advising both employers and employees across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.• You will draft contracts, agreements, policies and procedures and provide employment support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and TUPE.• Advise on employment disputes and prepare Tribunal cases, with opportunities to undertake advocacy where appropriate.• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives.• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 1-3 years'' PQE and experience gained within an established Employment department.• You will possess excellent technical and client care skills, strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to develop client relationships.• Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including but not limited to generous fee earner bonus, private medical insurance, free car parking, pension, enhanced family leave, 25 days'' holiday plus Christmas closure, and hybrid working.
