This will include employment tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, redundancy, performance management, contracts and policies, and general day-to-day employment advice. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing commercially focused and practical advice, while developing strong and lasting client relationships. The role will also provide scope to become involved in business development and contribute to the continued growth of the employment team.
