Your Next Step You will become an integral part of the Employment team, handling a varied caseload for both employers and employees. Your work will include: Employment Tribunals Litigation TUPE Settlement Agreements Mediation Policies and Procedures General Employment Advice You will manage your own matters and client relationships, whilst working alongside Partners and experienced colleagues. There is also scope to become increasingly involved in the development and growth of the department, making this an excellent role for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload. A Role With Responsibility As an experienced member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor NQ Solicitors and support junior members of the department, sharing your experience and helping others develop.
