This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment lawyer who is looking to take a genuine leadership role within an established national practice and play a key part in its continued growth and development. The Role As Head of Employment, you will take responsibility for the continued development of the Birmingham Employment team, providing strategic direction, technical leadership and commercial support. You will work closely with the firm''s senior leadership team and colleagues across the national Employment practice, helping to develop the firm''s client offering and identify opportunities for further growth.
