Employment Solicitor 2-4 Years'' PQE Dorset Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits An established and well-regarded law firm in Dorset is seeking an Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with 2-4 years'' PQE to join its growing Employment team. The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:• Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, staff handbooks and settlement agreements• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and litigation matters• Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and business acquisitions• Providing day-to-day employment advice to commercial clients• Building and maintaining strong client relationships• Participating in business development, networking and marketing activities Key Responsibilities• Managing a varied employment law caseload from instruction through to completion• Delivering high levels of client service and maintaining regular client contact• Achieving billing and performance targets• Assisting with the growth and development of the employment department• Supporting marketing initiatives and networking ..... full job details .....
