Senior Associate Employment Solicitor Reading £80,000-£110,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits 7+ PQE Legal 100 Firm Hybrid Working Our client, a leading Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading Employment Partners, advising a diverse client base of national and international businesses, owner-managed companies, charities, educational institutions and senior executives. The Role Advise employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Manage Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to final hearing Advise on disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy, restructuring and TUPE matters Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and restrictive covenants Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions Build client relationships, support business development and supervise Junior Lawyers About You 7+ years'' PQE within a recognised Employment team Strong employer-side employment law experience Proven Employment Tribunal litigation experience Excellent technical, drafting and negotiation skills Commercially minded with strong client management and business development abilities Confident working independently and supervising Junior Lawyers What''s on Offer? £80,000-£110,000 salary, depending on experience ..... full job details .....
