This role offers an excellent opportunity for an Associate with a strong background in corporate tax, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role: Undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the division. Deliver high-quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics. Act as an ambassador for the firm, promoting it in a positive light at all times. Communicate effectively with clients via email and telephone, taking instructions and providing guidance. Undertake document reviews, record findings, and assist with general case management and the day-to-day running of matters. Assist with business development activities, including updating and maintaining marketing lists and materials. Prepare documents to establish share incentive schemes for clients and handle applications to HMRC for S/EIS relief, preparing certificates for investors. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-5 years post-qualification experience in tax law. Excellent oral and written communication skills. IT literate, confident user of MS Office.
