Employee Relations LeadLocation: Hemel Hempstead (Site Based) Contract: Temporary Assignment (2-3 Months) Start Date: Immediate Start AvailableWorking hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pmThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Lead to join a busy operational business on a temporary basis for an initial 2-3 month assignment. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident employee relations specialist who can quickly take ownership of a high-volume caseload and provide expert guidance to managers and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.Provide expert advice on employment law, policies and best practice.Manage employment tribunal cases and liaise with legal representatives where required.Support organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy consultations and TUPE activities.Build effective relationships with trade unions and support consultation and negotiation processes.Coach and support managers in handling employee relations issues confidently and consistently.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and governance standards.Identify trends, mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement across employee relations processes.About YouCIPD qualified (Level 5 preferred) or equivalent experience.Significant employee relations experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or another ..... full job details .....
