Employee Relations Partner (HR)
Status: 3 months temporary agency worker (PAYE)Salary: £35 to £38 per hour = £68,250 to £76,000 per annumWork hour: Mon to Fri,9:00 - 17:30An international Entertainment company is looking for a temporary Employee Relations Partner.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the People Experience Consultants, HRBP''s and Legal to review, refine, and ensure the successful delivery of change management initiativesAssist HRBP''s and business leaders with restructuring, redeployment and redundancy mattersFoster effective relationships with HR teams, business leaders, and LegalPartner with HR and business leaders to develop proactive positive employee relations experiences.Balancing the needs of individual staff and the organisation, ensuring fair outcomes with legal and regulatory framework taken into accountStrategizing and partnering with (Legal) on more complex/high risk casesEnsure UK and Irish employment legislation is reflected in our processes and policiesProvide required reporting and analysis related to ER mattersMaintain the required documentation including intake and investigation notes, supporting documents and final reportsConduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues, and make objective recommendations based on findingsReview and update policies and procedures relating to Conduct, Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance procedures as requiredPartner with team members to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and complianceCarry ..... full job details .....
