Responsibilities
Selling HR technology solutions to multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations and C-SuiteConsistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotasGenerating 100% new business and achieving sales targets based upon the Yr1 feeWorking with an average 1-3-month sales cycleResearching prospects and self-generating pipelineWorking closely with Sales Development and Research to convert leads and account insights into opportunitiesProgressing opportunities through the RG sales cycle using our playbookUncovering business challenges and key buying reasons via multi-layered discoveryDelivering tailored sales presentations and product demos that wow prospectsWorking closely with Implementation, Client Success, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboardingDeveloping and maintaining customer/prospect networksUsing Salesforce for accurate forecasting and task managementUsing Jiminny to ensure quality and consistency across all calls and presentationsSkills
Ability to demonstrate year-on-year consistent overachievement of targets in a B2B consultative sales environmentExperience working to fast sales cycles of between 1-3 monthsExperience in self-generating sales opportunities that result in closed/won revenuePrevious experience of presenting to C-level executives both in-person and remotelyAbility to demonstrate excellent discovery, qualification and needs analysis techniquesStrong presentation skills with the ability to storytell and share valuable insightsProficient written and verbal communicationProven growth mindset with a focus on coachability and continuous learning and improvementThe Interview Process
