OverviewEMERGENCY CALL HANDLER - Evenings
Hours: 18 hours per week
Shift pattern: You will be working 3 days per week between Monday and Sunday from 16:00 to 22:00. You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off and your rota is 4 weeks in advance.
Salary: £11,522.16 per annum (£12.31 per hour)
Location: Hybrid Norwich, but Fully Remote may be considered for the right candidate
Start Date: 6 October 2025
Training: 4 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00
Internet requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download

About YouYou must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller. You should have a minimum of one year of experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers and have worked remotely. A good general standard of education is required, but we believe that with the right core values and training you could thrive in this role. This is a rewarding role where trust is key, but it can be tough, so you’ll need to be resilient. You will also need the drive to meet personal targets while delivering excellent customer service.
