Electrical Shift Lead Salary: £50,000 Permanent We re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Lead to join a busy Facilities Management contract. This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong technical knowledge who is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift and supporting other engineers. Responsibilities Leading engineering activity across the shift Planned and reactive electrical maintenance Fault finding and repairs Supporting and coordinating engineers Ensuring PPMs and reactive tasks are completed Maintaining health, safety and compliance standards Liaising with management and client representatives Supporting technical issues and escalations What we''re looking for Recognised electrical qualifications 18th Edition preferred Commercial building services/FM experience Previous lead or supervisory experience advantageous Strong technical and fault-finding ability Confident communication and leadership skills Salary: ..... full job details .....
